Beverly Vernon Singleton

Visitation will be observed on Monday, March 9, 2020 at Union Bethel AME Church, 956 Lake Palourde Rd Amelia, LA, from 11:00 AM until funeral services at 1:00 PM, with Reverend Andrew Simms, Officiating. Burial will follow services in the Union Bethel Church cemetery in Amelia, LA.

Memories of Beverly will forever remain in the hearts of his wife, Linda H. Singleton of Patterson, LA; one son, Albert T. Harvey of Honolulu, HI; three daughters, Tasha S. (Gregory) Hunt and Lynette Singleton both of Patterson, LA and Ronyneisha Jules of Morgan City, LA; one brother, Joseph Hill, Sr.; five sisters, Cora Bogan of Morgan City, LA, Patricia Bias (Levi) Rush, Brenda Henderson, and Linda Clark all of Amelia, LA; two sisters-in-law, Beulah Moore of New Orleans and Diana Cox Singleton of Amelia, LA; five grandchildren, five god-children and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Beverly was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbert Singleton, Sr. and Josephine Carter Singleton; one brother, Wilbert Singleton, Jr.; two sisters, Carolyn Singleton and Barbara Ann Singleton; one sister-in-law, Diana Washington Hill and a brother-in-law, John Bogan, Sr.
