He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was loved by many and will be truly missed.
Randolph is preceded in death by his parents.
He survived by his loving wife Tammy Allen; Kids Corey Allen (Carolyn), Shane Allen, Jazmon Short (Tyler), Angela Gray (Chris); Brother Rodney Allen; Sister Rebecca Allen; Grandkids Eric, Alayna, Chris, Alexis, Emma, Hagen, Kennedi, Hailey, and Chloe.
