Shirley was a vibrant woman who was loved by everyone who ever met her. She loved to shop always had to be busy. She was actually forced to retire after her hip replacement, but she couldn't be held down long. She ended up going back to work soon after. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Shirley is survived by her children, Terry Daniels (Rebecca), Darkus Whitcomb (Neil), and Johnny Riley; her grandchildren, Terry, Robert, Justin, Chelsie, Johnny Jr., and Jessee; 8 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; her sister, Carolyn Barton (Irby); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life for Shirley will be held Wednesday, October 16, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at The Home of Shirley Riley, 900 W. Mountain Drive, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28306.
