Logan was born on December 16, 2001 to Shannan and SFC David Heringes in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
Logan was a witty young man who marched to the beat of his own drum. He had a charisma about him that made him irresistible. He was philosophical and multifaceted. He was creative in every way; from writing a graphic novel, drawing, making movie props and costumes, to making movies. In fact, he was more comfortable behind the camera, than in front of it. He was in his junior year as a cinematography student at Full Sail University in Florida at the time of his passing. He had a brilliant mind and saw the world through a different lens. Logan kept his circle small, and those who were in that circle were the lucky ones. They are the ones who got to see the real Logan.
Logan was met at the gates of Heaven by his father, David, as well as his beloved dog, Kiya.
Logan leaves behind his mother, Shannan Degarmo-Heringes (Manuel Alifonso); his sister, Cheyenne Ward; his brother, Greyson Borasky; his grandparents, Sandra and William Wise, and Ron and Joyce Heringes; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He will also be terribly missed by his two fur-babies, Sage and Luna.
The family invites family and friends to join them for a visitation for Logan on Friday, November 1, 2024 from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Reeves Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 1, 2024 at 4:00 pm at Reeves Funeral Home.
