FAITH ORSO LUKE, 81, of Honolulu and widow of the late Herbert Luke, M.D., passed away July 3, 2011 at Kahala Nui. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Faith was a retired office manager for Occupational Medicine and Surgery, Inc. and a former Executive Assistant for AT&T. Survived by sister, Carole Koester; stepchildren, Leslie P. (Tina) Luke, Elaine F. (Carl) Morita, Diane M. (Brian Kovalsky) Wirth, Lisa A. (Jim) Hill; niece, Helen Koester; 12 step-grandchildren, 1 step-great-granddaughter.
Private services held. Catholic Mass cards in her memory suggested.
