Eddie A. Laboy was born on June 30, 1955 in Brooklyn, New York. He joined the Army after high school and was stationed in Hawaii.
While there he met his wife, whom he married and stayed married for 43 years until the Lord called him home on January 19, 2022.
He is survived by his wife, Arlene; his daughter, Tricia; and his extended children; Denise, Dennis, Danny (Maka) and Darren.
A visitation for Edwin will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Borthwick Mortuary Maunakea Chapel, 1330 Maunakea Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. A funeral service to follow from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. A burial to proceed on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Hawaii State Veteran's Cemetery, 45-349 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744.
