Constance Y. T. Choy, 81, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on March 17, 2014. She was born in Honolulu on August 21, 1932. She was a Licensed Occupational Therapist and co-founder/Office Manager for Kapalama Pet Hospital. She is survived by sons: David (Jo-Ann) Choy and Douglas (Beth) Choy; daughters: Shari (Guy) Okazaki, Tracy Tycer; 4 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at Borthwick Mortuary - Makai Chapel , at 1330 Maunakea Street., Honolulu, Hawaii 96817 on April 18, 2014. Visitation is at 9:00 to 10:30a.m. Service is at 10:30 - 11:30a.m. Burial will be held at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 45-425 Kamemeha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI on April 18, 2014 at 1:00p.m
