A visitation for Arthur will be held Sunday, March 31, 2019 at 1:30 PM at Wahiawa Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1313 Califonia Ave, Wahiawa, HI 96786. A funeral service will occur Sunday, March 31, 2019 at 2:30 PM, 1313 California Ave, Wahiawa, HI 96786. A burial will occur Monday, April 1, 2019 at 1:00 PM at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (Punchbowl), 2177 Puowaina Dr., Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
