Albert S.H. Chang, 92, retired from Pearl Harbor Shipyard as a machinist, passed away at Kaiser Moanalua on December 3, 2012. Where he will join his late wife Emily Jane Chang in Heaven. Albert was also known to many who knew him as "Sparky" and "Uncle Albert."
He is survived by his sister, Naline; Nieces and Nephews, sons, Michael Canopin, Floyd Canopin, Curtis Canopin, Kimo Danielsen (Susan); daughters, Teresa Medina ( Don) and Laura Williams ( Jeff); grandchildren (17), Shannon, Jaqueline, Sheri, Stephanie, Malia, Misty, Don Jr., Ginger, Krystal, Floyd Jr., Richard, Jadelyn, Christian, Candi, Ethan, Macy, Callie; great-grandchildren (18) Christopher, Cheyne, Alika, Lehua, Tessa,TJ, Maelia, Daniel Jr., Maila, Lia, Danson, Mia, Xade, Kingston, Spencer, Ansley, Riley, Talan.
Friends and loved ones will remember him as a man with such a good heart. He enjoyed his family especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, horseback riding in his younger days and music.
Services will be held at Borthwick Mortuary, Makai Chapel on Wednesday, Dec 19. Visitation will be from 9-11am. Services 11-1145 am and Burial at Hawaiian Memorial in Kane'ohe at 2pm. Casual Attire.
