While living in Birmingham she was the office manager at Aland’s and Penny Palmer’s. She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, wife, and friend. Phyllis loved her weekly game of Mahjong with her friends and always enjoyed telling a great joke. Her favorite, however, was a challenging hand of poker and watching her Auburn Tigers play football. She will be missed by all who knew her.
