The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 10:00am at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 11:00am in Carl Anderson Memorial Chapel with interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
She was born on April 1, 1919 and spent most of her life in Beaufort. She was a long time member of The Baptist Church of Beaufort.
She is survived by her children, Patsy Jones, Faye Mills, George Gantt (Dana), Steve Gantt (Angela) and Stephen Davis (Sandy). She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J. Gantt and ex-husband, Virgil L. Davis, also a daughter, Joan Steeley (Bob). Eva had sixteen grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
She was also known as Mom to many of her nieces and nephews as well as some friends.
She loved her Lord, her family and her friends and will be sadly missed by all of us. Mom, you will always live in our hearts so--Rest in peace until we meet again.
