Dawn, Jen, Stephanie and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I spoke with Tom recently after many years, about having some work done. He remembered me and we talked about old times and old jobs he had done for us when I worked at Fed Ex.  I remember the first time I met him at his shop at least 25 years ago. There have been few people I have met and worked with that left the type of impression Tom did. Truly and amazing man.

Tom was such a kind person.  He always treated Mike and I with such respect. We will miss  Dawn and him stopping by for a visit. Rest in peace Tom.

Sorry sorry for your loss. 
I still remember riding at Silver Creek with him and he was running Casey towards the two track. A piece of his saddle broke and when Casey turned, Tom flew off but landed on his feet with the saddle between his legs. He said what the heck just happened! Lol

Tom was always smiling, seems like the more difficult the request the more engaged and excited he would become.. what a creative genius..
Always loved the relationship he had with Jen.. and how proud he was of her.

Tom and I were together at Thomas Jefferson Elementary and   were together in Cub Scouts.  I remember him to always have been a quiet person.

When we  were seniors at Holland High during "Pep Week" our class theme was "The 50's." Some of us slicked our hair back with Brylcreem, and costumed ourselves as best we could to look like "Boppers".

We decorated  our area as if it were the a gym for dancing a sock hop.   One of the key elements was  a vintage Jukebox that  someone's grandfather had  stored in a barn. A bunch of us got a truck, then went out to that farm, retrieved and brought it back as a centerpiece.

When we put it in place and  plugged it in, it was no surprise nothing happened. The next day, Tom showed up with his tools and set about rewiring it.  Before long, he fixed it so that that  all the colorful the lights brightly glowed as if it had miraculously come back to life. Tom really made a wonderful difference to the senior display!

We are very sorry for your loss. I knew tom for a long time. I got to know him through Fred Wise. He would come and see Fred at the Holland Hitch on 2nd shift. I will miss him. For just coming out to the shop and seeing him. He was great to talk with. His work was great. He could see what it would look like before it was done. He will be missed.  I w ill  miss him. We will keep the family in our prayers.

Our deepest condolences.. may our Lord give you strength and comfort during this difficult time and the days to come.   Your love for one another was admirable.   A sweet reminder for me is that God is good even when it hurts.   You and family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dawn -I am very sorry to hear that your husband Tom has passed on. I am very sorry for your loss and will continue to keep you and your family in my prayers. I know that God will give you comfort during this difficult time.
