Silverio Rodriguez

Silver was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Husband of 26 years, to Cathy Rodriguez. Father to Rey Rodriguez and Roberto Ramos Gonzalez. Stepfather to Thomas (Krystal) Warren and Andrew Warren. Grandchildren, Jacob, and Jaiden Warren, Monica Marie Gonzalez and Roberto Gonzalez Jr. Great grandchildren, Aria Adelaide Wilborn, Julian Kade Wilborn, Kayden Ryze Wilborn, Phoenix Gonzalez. Brother to Vicki (Rafael), Sofia (Dan), Tony (Nelly), Alice (Brian), Ted, Ricki, Lalo, Nina (Joe), Dora, and Mary.

Silver was preceded in death by his parents Pedro and Anastasia Rodriguez.

Silver most recently retired from Hart and Cooley. Most of his working adult life, before Hart and Cooley, he worked as a supervisor for 30 years for Rich’s Pie Co. in Saugatuck, MI, where he met his wife, Cathy, as he was her supervisor. After retirement, Silver enjoyed staying active by taking daily nature walks around the water at Kollen Park. He would do this daily when he was able to. He also enjoyed nights out with family, going to Gun Lake Casino, and playing cards, especially Chalupa. Silver had a big heart and will always be remembered for being willing to help anyone in need, as he was always there as a reliable helping hand if he was able.

A visitation for Silverio will be held Wednesday, July 12, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street, Holland 49424. A funeral service will occur Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 10:00 AM, 11939 James Street, Holland 49424. A burial will occur at Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
