Lawrence Carl Dykema

Larry was born to Peter and Alida Dykema in Grand Rapids MI. He was a member of Holland Protestant Reformed Church and a U.S. Veteran, serving in the Navy. Larry worked for the city of Holland as a Computer Operator. He was preceded in death by his brothers Philip Dykema, David Dykema and sister-in-law Ann Dykema.

He is survived by his sister-in-law, Sue Dykema of Jenison; special friends Linda and Tom Schmidt; many extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, October 25, 2024 at First Protestant Reformed Church, 3641 104th Avenue in Zeeland. Officiating will be Rev. Justin Smidstra. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday from 10:00am until the time of the service at the church.

Memorial contributions may be given to First Protestant Reformed Church or to Redeemer Christian School.
