He was of the Baptist faith and most recently attended Central Wesleyan Church in Holland, Michigan.
Bobby earned a bachelor’s degree from North Georgia College and a master’s degree at Clemson University where he developed a lifelong love of Clemson Tiger Football. He was happiest when he was surrounded by his family and especially loved being a “Papa” to his two grandchildren.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents Loyd “Cup” Bagby and Grace Bagby, and sister Marsha Hall. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Penny Bagby, children Raina and Kyle Baker, Chelsea Bagby and Ben Bagby, grandchildren Lainey and Silas Baker, brother Dennis and Brenda Bagby, mother and father-in-law Cecil and Sandra Bennett, brothers and sisters-in-law Daryl Hall, Phillip and Teresa Burt, Russ and Susan Bennett, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 16th from 5 until 8 p.m. at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St. in Holland, Michigan. A service and burial will follow in Georgia.
