Virginia Thompson Shaw, 90, of Chattanooga died Friday, March 3, 2016 at her home. She was born February 25, 1927 in Kingsport, Tennessee to the late William and Gladys Thompson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Shaw.
Mrs. Shaw lived a good life and was active till the end. She enjoyed old television shows and loved her dog, Bella. She enjoyed her daily rides to Ferger Place and other points of interest.
Survivors include her friend, Randall Addison, nephew, Spencer (Delores) Blackburn, and her dog, Bella
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 11 at 2:00 at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel with Reverend Robert Shaw officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 Saturday at the funeral home.
