Mr. Beene was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was a graduate of Central High School. He attended college at Chattanooga State. He was a sheet metal worker by trade.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Beene.
Mr. Beene is survived by his mother, Ola Mae Beene, brother, Charles Beene, uncle, Jeffery Pennington, and several cousins.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 -2:30 Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Graveside services will follow at 3:00 in the Harrison Cemetery with Pastor Ronnie Dotson officiating.
