Martha Louise Conner passed away on December 9, 2018. She is survived by her son, David Mansel. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel. Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Thursday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
