Paul F. Arndt age 81 of Griffith, IN passed away September 21,2013; he is survived by his wife of 58 years Arlene, three sons Mark Arndt of Griffith, IN Rob(late Lu Ann) Arndt of Cedar Lake, IN; David(Michelle) Arndt Portage, IN; four daughters Kathy (Joe) Dvorscak of Highland, IN; Susan (Keith) Ransom and Donna (Scott) Adams both of Ark; Linda (George)Kranik of Crown Point, IN; daughter–in-law Debra Arndt of Cedar Lake, IN; 26 grandchildren,17 great-grandchildren, one-great-great-granddaughter; preceded in death by his son Paul. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 22, 2013; 10:00 AM at Redeemer Lutheran Church Rev. Eric Kleinschmidt officiating, burial Concordia Cemetery; friends many visit with the family on Tuesday from 2 to 8 pm at Kuiper Funeral Home 9039 Kleinman Rd (two blocks south of Ridge Rd), Highland, IN. Paul was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, retired for Inland Steel CO. after 44 years, veteran of U S Army. Memorial donations may be given to the church
