Wanda Elaine Webb Icard

Wanda was born October 28, 1963 in Buncombe Co. to Bill and Evelyn Owens Webb of Hildebran. She was preceded in death by her sister, Missy Webb.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Thomas Icard, Jr. of the home; daughter, Alexis Icard of the home; son, Brandon Icard of the home; sisters-in-law, Mary Stilwell and husband, Greg, of Hickory and Karen Icard of Claremont; special friend, Barbara Lowman of Hildebran; special nieces, Libby Shook and husband, Kelly of Hildebran, Jessie Erskine and husband, Curtis, of Hickory, Vanessa Lowman of Hildebran and Natalie Lowman of Hildebran.

She was a member of Philadelphia Baptist Church and a member of the Faithful Friends, worked for Corning for 15 years and Kroger for 10 years.

Services will be Sunday, December 9, at 2:30 P. M. at Philadelphia Baptist Church with Rev. Doyle Holder and Rev. Doug St. John officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:15 – 2:15 P. M. at the church.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
