Richard Warren Finding

He served as a Sgt. in the United States Army in Company A 1st 325 Airborne Battle Group, 82nd Airborne division, Fort Bragg, NC.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, on February 13, 1942, he was the son of the late Warren Keene and Florence Richards Finding.

He is preceded in death by his wife Juanita Finding, sister Karen Finding, and brother-in-law Donnie Goodson.

Richard is survived by his daughter DeLane Leatherman Finding Bowman and her husband Duane of Hickory; sister Ruthann Goodson of Wadsworth, OH; Precious aka Little Dog or Skeets; son Eric Finding, of Ohio, daughters Rhonda Finding of Tampa, Fl, and Cherie Finding of Ohio. Extended family, Christy and Wayne Cadnum of Ohio, Matt Hilberg of Ohio, Amy Hilberg of Ohio, Spencer Liles of NC, and Gregory Glenn Price of NC also survive him.

Funeral service will be held Monday, October 14, 2024 at 2:00pm at Lakeview Baptist Church with Reverend Troy Grant, Reverend Ben Rowe, and Reverend Kyle Canerday officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.

Burial will be at Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 1:00 pm with Military Honors.
