Henrietta Ogle Huffman

Henrietta was born on December 24, 1928 in Burke County to the late Ms. Donnie Ogle.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Franklin Huffman, a son Tony Bowman, one sister, Charlsie Abernathy and a brother, J. D. Ogle.

Henrietta retired after 25 years of service as a supervisor from Conover Foam and Fiber.

Surviving are a daughter, Martha Kay Torrence and husband Ward of Hickory, two grandsons, Darrin Harwell and wife, Michelle of the home, Tony Bowman II of Hickory, two granddaughters, April Robinson of Hickory, Tina Marie Norman-Bradshaw of Glen Alpine, numerous great-grandchildren and four sisters, Myrtice Ward, Doris Sigmon, Phyllis Propst all of Hickory and June Winkler of Miami Fl.

The family will receive friends on Friday July 10th, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Hickory Funeral Home.

The Graveside services will be held at Catawba Memorial Park on Saturday, July 11th, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Dennis Pitts officiating.
