She was born on March 2, 1943 to the late Nathan T. Davis and Elsie Jones Davis in Mitchell County.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Steve Loggins.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters; Kelly Setzer and husband Carroll of Claremont, Kimberly Lackey of Connelly Springs, grandchildren; Dustin Setzer and wife Sadie of Cajah’s Mtn., Scottie Setzer-Wylie and husband Tylor of Cameron, great grandchildren, Raiden Williams of Cajah’s Mtn, Emmeline Rose Setzer of Cajah’s Mtn.; sisters, Jeanette Ingle and husband Dale, Donna Rhyne and husband Joe of Taylorsville, Linda Loggins of Hickory; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 23, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hickory Funeral Home. Rev. Ernie Richards will officiate the service.
