Can’t believe it’s been a year. Miss her today even more than a year ago. 😭

I pray for you all during this difficult time, I will remember for ever good and happy memories of Wandita during our daily duties at MCMS , she was an excellent coworker  , always caring  and helpful person  with who needed, her contagious laughter will be in my memories until the eternity. Rest In Peace  Wandita and thanks for being a  kind, lovely  and unique friend, goodbyes are not forever, are not the end; it simply means  I will miss you until we meet again.  My Deepest Sympathies to her husband Pablo, Sisters, daughters, grandkids and the rest of her family . Please , stay strong.

I was shocked to hear the news of Wandita this morning.  A beautiful  soul resting in the arms of the Lord.  She adored her family especially those grandkids.  She always had stories to tell. When I had my grandkids, I understood and she would always comment on my posts. She was so happy when I finally retired from LCMS. Eternal rest grant unto her oh Lord and let perpetual light shine down upon her.  Prayers for peace to the whole family. Silvia

Wanda was loved and will be missed by many. My foundest memory of her would be her infectious laughter. Her laughter for me  is a joyful moment to reflect on.   My name is Mrs. Bolton, I am addressing this as that, because Wanda would always...and I mean always greet me at work (LCMS) with the most wonderful, happy voice. I hear it today, as if it were yesterday, "Good morning,  Mrs. Bolton, she would say.  I want you all to know how much she would brighten my day. She had way of making others feel special and needed. What an amazing gift to behold. I am confident that a person like Wanda is resting, with laughter and love all around! God Bless.

                                          It was quite a  shock  to  hear of Wanda's passing. The few times  we have been together she was always friendly and pleasant! She even invited me to stay with her whenever I visit Florida. She was a rare gem!

My dear childhood friend.  We grew up together,  laughed a lot and played games.  When  Wanda smiled, there was a twinkle in her eyes . I will never forget when we were kids and decided to have a seance with Iris and Maritza . It was hilarious.  I will miss her very much.. Sleep in the arms of the Lord, my friend..

My thoughts and prayers goes to the entire family. My wonderful memories was when i met the entire family on the day her sister Sally married my brother.  When i met all her siblings  i was amazed to see the love for each other and how there mom was able to raised all her 8 children in a very small apt .   Sally we are so grateful to have you  as part of our family and enjoy my beautiful niece Alyssa and my handsome nephew Brandon.  My love and support will always be there for you and pray for that you find the strength and  peace for the loss of your beloved sister Wanda during this difficult moment .

There’s so many memories I can write about Titi Wanda. She was (and always will be) an amazing woman. I was just a baby 6 months to be exact and she treated me as 1 of her nieces. Blood couldn’t have made us any closer. She welcomed my mom and sister into her world and we all became family. Titi you will be missed  so much. Please watch over all of your loved ones. We will never forget you. The Castillo family will be in my prayers. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I have a ton of fond memories of her in Baxter Terrace and Central High. She had an infectious personality, I  guess that was one of the many traits my cousin saw in her.

I will always be so greatful to Wanda and her family for treating me like  one of their own. I met her through Raquel while we went to dental school and after class we always would  get together at her house so raquel and I  can study and I remember those tuna sandwiches and how  they got me to love their arroz con gandules. I had come from Cuba and they offered me nothing but unconditional love and treated me like one of their own since then for over 20 years.Sometimes,she would be a little grumpy but with a kind heart and her funny laugh.No too long ago, we visited her and all I can remember is her smile when she was showing me her  new cat and everything she had bought for him regardless, he had given her ring worms,but he is cute ,she said.i had to laugh.Once,we were leaving,her and Pablo gave me   and raquel some plants to take  to our homes.She even picked it herself .I am truly blessed to have met her cause thanks to her ,I have a puertorican sister and I will always treasure how they opened their house to me unconditionally and  specially her blessing for my wedding day. Rest in peace Wanda and thanks for always welcoming in your house and treating me with love Will miss you but will cherish all those years I met you and your family as well and all the memories.Rest in peace!
