Vicki Atwood, 72, of Henderson passed away peacefully on August 12, 2015. Vicki was born on June 9, 1943 in Everett, Washington to Aksel and Louise Erling and was a 58 year resident of Henderson. Vicki was a 1961 graduate of Basic High School and after a 38 year career with United Airlines, retired in 1999. Vicki was preceded in death by her parents, brother Michael Erling and her beloved husband Larry Atwood. Vicki is survived by her sister, Leslie Erling Holland of Las Vegas. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. on Monday, August 24 with services and life celebration from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway in Henderson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nathan Adelson Hospice.
