Michael Edward Dease, 52, Las Vegas, NV. passed away on May 22, 2019, at Sunrise Hospital, Las Vegas, NV. He worked at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas for the last 14 years, recently achieving Employee of the Month. Living in Las Vegas, he developed a passion for golf. He enjoyed golfing at many courses here in Las Vegas with his two golf partners/friends- Brandon Tobler and Eduardo Reyes.
He was born in Minneapolis, MN. on July 7,1966; graduated from Armstrong Highschool, where he was active in choir and school musicals. He studied art at both the University of Minnesota and the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. He enlisted in the Marine Corps. on May 12, 1987. His fighter squadron served in the Gulf War. He served with distinction and was awarded the following medals: Meritorious Mast, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon and many others. He was release from active duty January 29th, 1995.
He is survived by his wife, Elisa (Fiorillo) and daughter, Olivia who just turned 13; his mother Barbara (Augustine) Wilson, his stepfather, Gary Wilson; and his brother, Daniel Dease, who is 2 years younger. His birth father, Michael V. Dease, died when he was 3 years old and his mother Barbara married his stepfather Gary when he was 4 years old. He is also survived by over 25 Aunts & Uncles; many cousins & second cousins, 4 nephews and 1 niece.
A memorial celebration of Michael’s life will be Friday June 21st, 2019 from 6-9pm at Rainbow Gardens

A second memorial celebration will take place in Minnesota for any friends or family that would like to attend that live in Minnesota. The celebration will be on Sunday July 7th, 2019 (what would have been Michael's 53rd Birthday). Time TBA. Location Michaels' Aunt Patty Dease's Farm- 15832 County Road 7, South Haven, MN. 55382. We unfortunately never have met any of the Dease family. Kindly, the entire Dease family raised money to bring Olivia and Elisa to Minnesota to meet Aunts & Uncles & cousins & second cousins for the first time. Will update the time as soon as it is set.
