It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our beloved matriarch. Lucia Simon Agustin, age 95, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024. She was a shining light in our lives and a role model for everyone who knew her.
Lucia was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She had a warming presence that made everyone feel loved and cherished. Her wisdom, guidance and unconditional love will always be a source of strength and inspiration to us all.
Lucia's unwavering faith as a member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ) and her diligent performance of her duties as a deaconess until her last breath, touched the lives of many and left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
In this time of sorrow, let us find comfort in the memories we shared with Lucia, and in the knowledge that her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
A visitation for Lucia will be held Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. An additional gathering will be Friday, November 15, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, both at Palm Henderson Mortuary, 800 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015. Lucia will be laid to rest in Palm Henderson Cemetery.
