Raylene Katherine Holguin

Raylene Katherine Holguin passed away at the age of 63, on Monday, October 25, 2021, Temecula, California, surrounded by her family. She was born Monday, November 4, 1957, in Escondido, California, to Raymond Basquez Sr. and Julia Flores, and she was one of eight children.

Raylene's love story began 11 years ago when she met the love of her life and best friend Jerry Holguin, in San Jacinto, California. He noticed how beautiful she looked and his heart melted. It was love at first sight. They have been blessed with 9 wonderful years of marriage. Raylene was an amazing wife and devoted mother and grandmother who was very proud of her family and loved them dearly. She was blessed with 4 children of her own, and later was blessed with 3 step-children, that later would make her a grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a phenomenal, strong woman, with a heart of gold. Raylene had a laughter that was heard from across the room. In her spare time, she enjoyed family gatherings and going to the casinos. She leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories and a positive impact on all those she knew.

Raylene leaves behind her devoted husband and best friend, Jerry Holguin; her mother Julia & Step Father Jesus Flores, loving children, Victoria (Adrian) Perez, Juan (Melissa) Marquez, Guillermo (Melissa) Marquez, Julio (Bernadette) Marquez, Tianna (Adrian) Lopez, Raymond (Tierra) Holguin, and Erika (Jacob) Gonzales; 25 amazing grandchildren; 14 adoring great-grandchildren; and her caring siblings, Gustavo Flores, Carlos Flores, Jesus Flores Jr., Raymond Basquez Jr., Rita Basquez, John Mora and Mary Cordova. She is preceded in death by her father, Raymond Basquez Sr., her sister, Natalie Basquez, and her brother, Stevie Flores.

Raylene will be remembered by every life she touched and will be forever in our hearts.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, at Miller-Jones Mortuary, located at 1501 W. Florida Ave, Hemet, 92543. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Pechanga Reservation Cemetery.
