Sun Valley – Hemet
Matthew Brian Montano (“Chu”), age 32, joined his Heavenly Father in comfort and love on Tuesday August 31, 2021 in his hometown Hemet California. Matthew was born July 19, 1989 in Sun Valley California. He is Grandson to Manuel and Maria Montano, Son to Manuel Jr. and Misti Montano, brother to Joseph, Samantha, Lynette, and Sherrity. Fiancé to Marina Puetz. Father to Maximus, Pandora, Salem, and expecting a new baby due in February 2022. Godfather to Joseph Jr., and Jayden (Nephews). Matthew leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, Godparents, and friends whom all loved him dearly. Matthew went to school at Winchester elementary, Ramona elementary, Dartmouth Middle School, Hemet High School, and graduated from Alessandro Adult School. Attended also University of Phoenix for college. Matthew worked for Pizza Hut as his first job. As well as Imperial Western Products, U-Hall, and Amazon.
Matthew was an extremely humble and righteous man setting the example of what it is like to be a good person, hard worker, wonderful father & Godfather, brother, cousin, and Godson (Nephew). He was a very family oriented man and proud of his family, he stuck by everyone’s side and never judged, always gave a lending hand when possible. You’d never meet a person who can smile so hard at the small things in life, a person that can turn your bad day around in just a few words. His faith was very strong, this allowed him to walk in life tall and unafraid. Matthew didn’t have many hobbies due to his overwhelming love of being around his family but whatever he puts his mind to he did it so well. He loved video gaming with his brothers (Joseph, Cody, Edgar, and Duke). Again a hobby that incorporated loved ones around him. Everyone who met Matt enjoyed his presence and always commented on his ability to have an engaging worthwhile conversation. Matt was the epitome of dependability. If it could be done, he’d figure it out. He was both intelligent and funny. He was loyal and adventurous.
He will be sorely missed. Heaven earned a good one, more like the best.
