Maria is survived by her daughter Josefina Esparza Nunez; her daughter Herlinda Esparza Nunez; her daughter Gumercinda Esparza Nunez; and her son Francisco Esparza Nunez; her brother Rosario Nunez Cortez; her grand children 18, her great grandchildren 37 and her great great grandchildren 7.

A viewing for Maria will be held Friday, September 23, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at McWane Family Funeral Home, 350 N San Jacinto St., Hemet, CA 92543. A funeral mass will occur Friday, September 23, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at St. James the Less Catholic Church, 269 W. 3rd Street, Perris, CA 92570. A graveside service will occur Friday, September 23, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Perris Valley Cemetery, 915 N. Perris Blvd, Perris, CA 92571.
