Christina Delores Scott, 77, was called to her Heavenly home on Thursday, February 9, 2023, in Bossier City, Louisiana surrounded by her loving family. Delores was born January 29, 1946, in Salina, Kansas to the late Joe Porfilio and Carmen Guevara Torres. She was married to the love of her life; the late Kenneth C. Scott on February 6, 1965. Delores had a career in the Tuxedo Industry for Squires Tuxedo. Delores will be missed by every precious life she touched. She was a proud military spouse and strong within her Catholic Faith.
Delores was preceded in passing by her parents, husband, a son; Ken Scott, Jr., one grandson; Evan Scott Sharp, three sisters: Dominga Phillips, Juanita Clifton, and Joseph Torres.
Left to cherish Delores’s beautiful memories are her daughter; Cindy Sharp (Greg), five grandchildren: Kristen Scott Marbut (Cole), Kasey Scott Timms (Hunter), Kyle Scott, Jordan McGinty Johnson (Hunter), Cole Sharp, five great-grandchildren: Tanner Marbut, Rylan Marbut, Cameron Timms, Colsen Timms, Luke Johnson, four siblings: Juan Torres (Jan), Cecilia Morrison, Chito Torres, Jenny Downey, along with numerous extended family members and many wonderful friends.
The family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to her best friends: Floyd and Elva Castilleja, also Jennifer Menard, Michelle Nicholson, Terry and Debbie with Christus Hospice for the friendships, care, compassion, professional assistance and prayers provided by all during such a difficult time.

Honoring Delores as pallbearers will be Hunter Johnson, Cole Sharp, Kyle Scott, Cole Marbut, Hunter Timms, and John Nicholson.
The family will be receiving guests for visitation on Monday, February 13, 2023 to begin at 1:00 PM until time of Celebration at 2:00 PM at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home, 601 Hwy 80, Haughton, Louisiana 71037.
Interment will immediately follow on the grounds of Hill Crest Memorial Park, 601 Hwy 80, Haughton, Louisiana 71037.
