Born February 22, 1918, in Harrisburg, she was daughter of the late James Ezra and Annie (Smith) Fegan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Karl N. Saul, and 4 brothers.
Ruthie was a member of 29th Street United Methodist Church; the 29th Street, Susquehanna and Lower Paxton Golden Age Clubs; St. Catherine Laboure's Coffee Cup; and Guys and Dolls Club. She retired as a clerk for Dauphin Deposit Bank.
Surviving are two sons, K. Jeffrey Saul, husband of Judy A. Saul; and Kevin J. Saul, all of Harrisburg; and two grandchildren, Jeremy A. Saul and Kimberlee J. Saul, both of Harrisburg.
Graveside services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
