Born on April 27, 1938 in Harrisburg, PA to the late Albert C. and Kathryn E. (Wagner) Bomgardner.
She is preceded in death by her husband, David E. Clouser, Sisters, Linda Grubic, and Doris Stevens and brother-in-law, Dale Stevens.
Surviving Betsy is her son, Timothy A. Clouser, daughter-in-law, Ann E. (Clemson) Clouser, granddaughter, Christa G. Clouser, brother Dr. David L. Bomgardner, sister-in-law Helen Bomgardner, and brother-in-law, Mike Grubic. She also has multiple nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Betsy, as most people knew her, was an employee for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from the time she graduated from John Harris High School until she retired. During her employ, she held multiple positions from starting as a Clerk Stenographer through management, all without a college degree.
She had a passion for Christ as her Lord and Savior. She was a member at Christian Life Assembly. She was a prayer warrior as she spent much time studying His Word and praying.
Dave and Betsy had a hobby of Square Dancing. They would dance throughout the greater Harrisburg area and were members of the Paxton Promenaders.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday January 4, at 11:00am in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens; 4855 Londonderry Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
