Charlotte M. Potteiger, 83, of Mechanicsburg formerly of Enola, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 at The Bridges of Bent Creek. She was born May 10, 1933 in Harrisburg, daughter of the late LeRoy and Helen (Nies) Bittinger. Prior to retirement she was employed with Holy Spirit Hospital; Charlotte enjoyed reading, traveling, spending time at the beach and was an avid Penn State Fan. She is survived by her daughters: Nancy Potteiger, of Enola, Kathy Yohn, her husband, Richard, of Blain, grandson, Joshua Yohn, his wife, Nadine, great grandchildren Helena, Hailey and Mason Yohn and brother, George Bittinger. Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 Thursday, February 2, 2017 at Neill Funeral Home 3501 Derry St. Harrisburg, with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to, "A No Kill Animal Shelter".
