Chuck opened his heart to everyone with whom he came in contact, whether as a clown, as Santa and most importantly, as Chuck. He made a difference in the world. He helped God move the world forward. He was a light in darkness. He will be missed.

 I'm so sorry for your loss I remember Mr Swisher as a very kind man at the baseball field when we went there with my dad Jack weir
