Mary Ames was born February 27, 1938 in Happy Texas. She left this earth on December 3, 2022 in Reedley, Ca.
She was predeceased by her husband of over 35 years, Don Ames in 1991, her companion Chuck Rowan in 2002, and her beloved grandson, Marshall Ransdell in 2012.
She is survived by her children, Rick Ames (Judy) of Hanford and Lisa Harper (Tim) also of Hanford. She leaves behind 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Marty Long of Reedley and Inez Durham of Visalia.
Mary enjoyed family gatherings, searching for antiques, going to the coast and looking for sea glass, and working in her immaculate yard.
At her request there will be no service.
