Kathy graduated from Lemoore High School in 1983 and attended West Hills College briefly. She worked for Avenal State Prison as an Analyst for nearly 20 years before medically retiring due to End-stage renal failure.
Kathy was a quiet and soft-spoken fashionista. Her big, beautiful smile and infectious laugh melted the hearts of all who knew her...whether two legged or four.
This self-proclaimed Shoe Queen loved being creative through fashion, dressing up, decorating for the holidays, and landscaping.
Her motto was "If the shoe fits, buy it in every color". And she did!
We've been praying for her kidney transplant. But, God had other plans. Kathy's in Heaven with our many family members. We know dad met her with open arms and quickly put her to work upon her arrival.
They always show angels barefoot but, don't be surprised if you see a few re-styled and rocking stilettos.
Kathy is preceded in death by father, Charles E. Williams, Jr.
Those here to cherish her memories are mother Azelena Williams, siblings Bruce and Brenda Williams, and a host of cousins.
