Julio Sanchez

Julio was born to Jose & Lorenza (Puga) Sanchez on April 12, 1948 in Jalpa, Zacatecas, Mexico. Julio went to be with our Lord on September 14, 2013 at his home in Hanford, California with his family at his bedside. Julio has been a resident of Hanford area for the past 40 years. He worked hard as a Concrete Worker for 30 years.

He will be truly missed by his family and all those who knew him. Julio was preceded in death by his parents. Julio is survived by his loving wife of 44 years; Carmen M. Sanchez of Hanford, California. Julio leaves behind his 5 wonderful children; Alice & Jose Luis Bobadilla, Julio Jr. & Melissa Sanchez, Louie & Jackie Sanchez, Martha Sanchez and Gloria & Jorge Cervantes all of Hanford, California. Julio will be dearly missed by his 7 siblings; Rogelio & Margarita Sanchez of Los Angeles, Jose Luis & Elena Sanchez, Miguel Sanchez, Rosa Martha Sanchez, Socorro Sanchez and Francisca Sanchez all of Chicago and Amparo Sanchez of Texas. Julio will be always cherished by his 16 grandchildren; Steve Puga, Anthony Sanchez, Mario Maldonado, Miguel Puga, Monica Cervantes, Jessica Sanchez, Andrew Puga, Jorge Cervantes, Jesse Bobadilla, David Bobadilla, Vanessa Cervantes, Trinidad Sanchez, Samuel Sanchez, Tony Puga, Julius Sanchez and Oceana Sanchez. Julio was so proud of his 2 great-grandchildren; Mia Carmen Puga and Zayden Puga.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2013 all at People's Funeral Chapel; 501 N. Douty Street, Hanford, CA 93230 559-584-5591 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church; 10355 Hanford-Armona Road, Hanford, CA 93230 559-584-8576 with Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery; 11680 S. 10th Avenue, Hanford, CA 93230 559-584-3937.
