Virginia Alafair Huffman Ogle

Virginia Alafair Huffman Ogle, 91, passed away on January 5, 2017. She was a native of Botetourt County, VA and has resided in Carrollton for the last six years. Virginia attended Calvary Baptist Church in Smithfield with her daughter and son-in-law. She is preceded in rest by her husband, William Duane Ogle, Sr.; father, Sidney Thomas Huffman; mother, Gaynelle Bower Huffman; three sisters; and two brothers. Virginia is survived by her daughter, Susan Marie Martin and her husband, Marion; son, William Duane Ogle, Jr. and wife, Mary; four grandchildren, Frances and Craig Brown, Virginia and Patrick Flynn, Timothy and Felicia Ogle, Joseph and Rachel Ogle; four great-grandchildren, Katie Brown, Kyle Brown, Shomrah Ogle, Isaiah Ogle; sister, Betty Holbert; brother, Curtis Huffman and wife, Jane. The family will receive friends 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Virginia's life will follow at 11:00 AM, Friday at Hampton National Cemetery.
