Stevenson family, My husband and I didn't know you but we were fortunate enough to have met Bob many years ago during our lunch break at Vancosta's in Hampton. Both my husband and I are police officers in Hampton and spent many a day enjoying our lunches in the company of Bob.  He always kept us laughing and really made our day.  We are both saddened to hear of Bob's passing. The world will seem a little less brighter without Bob in it.  Prayers coming to you all during the days and months ahead.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Bobs passing. He will be missed by so many people. He was a wonderful co-worker and friend to me for many years and I could always count on him for a good laugh, to check in on me and encourage me when I needed it. He made it enjoyable to come to work. Even after we no longer worked  together we kept in touch and we continued to encourage each other.  My heart is heavy today and I am sure it will be for many days to come. You are so lucky to have had as many years with that amazing man as you did! My thoughts will be with you and your family. The world (too early) has lost a great husband, father, grandfather and friend. I had the priviledge of teaching Candi for 3 years at KHS and as a result, got  to know both Bob and Linda. I know how much he cared for all of his family and it showed in Candi and Cheryl. His life may have been cut short but he has left so many memories and he will live in the hearts of his family and friends.

Although I only knew Bob for a few years I consider myself fortunate to have shared those times. A professional in his work and yet such a genuine and humorous person. We were all lucky to have known him and he will be surely missed.

 We have truly lost a dear friend. Bob and I go back a long way (about 40 years). He was a great friend both personally and professionally. He provided guidance to me on many projects that we did together from the Frosty Coile Gang, Warwick Air, WPH, V&G and the SABER program out at Langley. He has probably already met up with Charlie Taylor in Heaven and gotten into something to help somebody. He touched a lot of people with his kindness and caring towards everyone. Words cannot begin to express how much Bob meant to me, I'm truly blessed for have knowing him! He was always quick with a joke and just as quick with a big bear hug and he will be truly missed by everyone who was BLESSED enough to know and love him.

Linda, Candy and Cheryl --- my heart aches at the thought of losing Bob. He was a great man, full of fun, pranks  and loving life. I will never, ever forget our good times in the old neighborhood.
