Liza A. Ford, 36 of Hampton, Virginia passed away peacefully on October 2, 2024. Liza was born May 19, 1988 in El Paso, Texas where she was living until she moved to Virginia 5 years ago.
She is predeceased by her father Philip Craig Ford, grandparents Pedro Lara and Luz Lara. She is also predeceased by aunt Lupe Raya, and uncles Pedro Pablo Lara and Juergen Hemmer.
She leaves behind her mother Elizabeth Mendoza, siblings Jesse Mendoza and Cynthia Floyd as well as niece Jeannette Santellan and great niece Ellianna Santellan.
A visitation will be held on Monday October 7, 2024 from 6-8 PM at Parklawn Wood Funeral Home located at 2551 N. Armistead Ave, Hampton VA 23666. A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday October 8, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Saint Matthew’s Anglican Church located at 215 Main Street, Newport News, VA 23601.
