Jesse Waters

Jesse "Skip" Macon Waters III, born August 25, 1944. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones, at home on Tuesday December 22nd. He was 76. Skip grew up in Norfolk, Virginia and was an Army Veteran and employed at The Langley AFB Commissary for more than 30 years. He was proceeded in death by his parents Jesse and Virginia Waters. Survivors include his wife Rosemarie T. Waters of 32 years, and siblings James Waters of Missouri and Martha Fry of Illinois. Skip had several step children he treated as his own, Pamela Vaughn, Bernadette Smith, Deborah Solada and David Smith. He had 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Everyone who met Skip loved him and he loved to joke and laugh. His memory will live on in the hearts of us all.
