Donna Pohl

Donna Pohl, age 66, of Hampton, Virginia passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, February 17, 2023. Born to Emma Jean Hunt and Lloyd Winfred Gibson on February 18, 1956 in Greenville County, South Carolina, she was but one of four children born to her loving parents. Although she was born in Greenville, South Carolina, Donna came to find a new home in hampton, Virginia where she resided for over 25 years. A highly educated woman, Donna found herself a career as a Registered Nurse and after 40 years she retired. Donna is survived by her two sons Daniel Pohl and Michael Pohl of Hampton, Virginia; her brothers Dale Gibson (Harriet Owens) of Greenville, South Carolina, Dean Gibson (Linda) of Greenville, South Carolina and her sister Sharon Roper (Jerry) of Greenville, South Carolina. Donna was preceded in death by her husband Harris Scott Pohl and her uncle Jerry Hunt. At this time there are no scheduled services to be held for Donna Pohl at Parklawn Wood Funeral Home.
