He loved life and fought a tough battle. He was a 1978 graduate of Kecoughtan High School and a highly skilled machinist.
Donald is survived by his parents; three brothers, Gustav Wirth of California, Michael Wirth of Newport News, Charles Wirth of Michigan; a niece, Amber Wirth; and many friends in Hampton and other states, who the family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude for being supportive with visits and phone calls.
The family would also like to acknowledge Dr. Tian for such good care through it all.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Friday, May 8, 2015 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A service celebrating Donald’s life will be held immediately following at 2:00 pm in the funeral home. Entombment in Hampton Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
