After a courageous battle on August 15, 2015 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband to the late Corrine. Much loved father to Frank, Lois Rallo (Mike), Tom (Kami), Kim Macionis (Joe) and the late Alma Allan. He will be fondly remembered by his grand children Nadine, Tim, Michelle, Christopher, Thomas, Gregory and Andrew and by his great grandchildren. Dear brother to Floyd Tapp and the late Doris Carter and the late Jim Tapp. Bill was a proud WWII veteran and retired from Stelco as Foreman in 1991 after almost 45 years of dedicated service. His family will receive friends for a memorial gathering at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Wednesday, August 26th from 2-4 p.m. with a celebration of his life and Legion service at 4 p.m. in the chapel.
