Pauline Mary Gilbert (formerly Campbell/Thomas)

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Pauline at the age of 91. Predeceased by her husband, John Gilbert. Loving mother of Christine Thomas, Alannah Vanel, Susan Robertson (Steve), and Douglas Campbell (Barbara). Cherished Grandma to Todd MacLellan (Shawna); Lisa Habbal (Hamza); Sarah Horan (Tyler); Mark Robertson; Caitlyn (Drake), Emily, Megan (Alex), and Taylor Campbell. Beloved Great-Grandma to Logan and Brayden MacLellan, Alyia and Raia Habbal, and Kayden Horan. Pauline was predeceased by her parents, Henry and Hilda Harding, and brother, Michael Harding. She will be missed by her extended family and friends. She will be fondly remembered for her kindness, sense of humour, and love of her family. Pauline enjoyed playing bridge (just one point shy of receiving Life Master), traveling, and entertaining. A celebration of Pauline's life will be held at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth), Hamilton, on Wednesday, December 21st, at 1:30 p.m. To view a livestream of the service, please click "Join Livestream" below in the services section.
