Margaret Bland

Predeceased by her loving husband George Bland (1990). Loving mother to John Bland (Linda) and Karen Stanford (Graham). Adored Oma to George, Eric, Nicholas, Justin and Sarah, who spent many hours in her care and in her car to and from sports camp and many other activities. Margaret became skilled later than most at dressing her grandchildren in their hockey gear and getting them on the ice.

Survived by her brother Heinz and sister Helga (Len) and predeceased by her sister-in-law Trudy. She will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Margaret was a longtime member of the New Apostolic Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir and spending time with her church family. She worked at Woolworths for many years where she established close and lasting friendships.
