It is with immense sadness that the family of Kenneth (Ken) Russell Aurini announce his passing on September 23, 2024. Ken was born on February 17, 1944 in Hamilton, Ontario and is predeceased by his parents, Lodovina (nee Rossi) and Luigi Aurini. Ken is also predeceased by his four siblings Helen, Janie, Norman, and Pearla. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 45 years, Susan Murray, and his four children, April, Daniel, Scott, and Christopher (Sarah). Family meant the world to Ken and he shared a special bond with his three grandsons, Logan, Benjamin, and Jackson, by whom he will be deeply missed. Ken worked in various roles as a general labourer (commercial) for most of his life and enjoyed the simple things like good food and fishing. Services will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at the Cresmount Funeral Home – Fennell Chapel, located at 322 Fennell Ave. E., Hamilton, Ontario. There will be a viewing from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and a chapel service beginning at 4:00 pm with a reception to follow. Until we meet again, Home Team!
