Born on July 4, 1966, Ben’s life was a bright light of kindness, love and generosity. He was a beloved, husband, father, son, cousin, nephew and friend whose presence brought a sense of comfort and joy to all who knew him.
Ben leaves behind his devoted wife of over 30 years Malou (Agura) and his cherished sons Bronson and Ethan. He was predeceased by his parents, Genera (Jean) and Antonio Benito who undoubtedly welcomed him home with open arms.
For many years, Ben worked at Eye Society where he was known for his dedication, patience, and ever-present smile. His gentle demeanor and caring nature made him a trusted presence in both his professional and personal lives.
Ben was passionate about life and had many interests. He was an avid bowler and volleyball player and loved playing Halo with his friends and sons. He also cherished time outdoors particularly camping with his family. Connecting to his lifelong friends and family (the W18th gang) was especially important to Ben.
An active member of the Filipino community Ben was a pillar of support to many. His fun-loving spirit and generosity touched many people, and his loss has left a deep void in the hearts of family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
The community is in disbelief at his sudden passing, and his memory will live in the hearts of all that were fortunate enough to know him. Ben’s kindness, his giving spirit and his unwavering love for his family and friends will be remembered always. He will be missed dearly, but never forgotten.
The family would like to thank all those who have provided so much love and support during this difficult time. Eye Society has started a Go Fund Me for Ben. If you wish to contribute, please visit https://gofund.me/cf692e06.
