James Robson

Passed into eternal life at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice on February 27, 2019. Husband, friend and encourager to Linda. Father to Cal (Dorothy), Clint, Ron, Kelly (Brian) Visser, Tara (Alex) Gregory. Grandfather to Mackenzie, Taylor, Devan and always Papa to Cassie and Great Papa to Lincoln. Survived by brothers Bill, Ron and sisters Marjorie, Marion Robson (in laws) Joan (Jim) Kiernan, Fred (Martha) Best, Walt Best, and Faye Best. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jim was a proud member of The Korea Veterans Association, Branch No. 26. The Black Watch of Canada Association, Atlantic Branch, The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 58 and a lifetime member to The General John M. Rockingham Memorial Unit No. 1. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on April 13th at 2 p.m. at Harmony Baptist Church, 1763 Upper James Street (Opposite the Egg & I Restaurant). If so wished donations to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, 277 Stone Church Rd. E., Hamilton in memory of Jim would be greatly appreciated by the family. Special thank you to ALL at the hospice for your exceptional care in looking after Jim and to Dr. K. Ivanyi and Dr. Mattina for their care and kindness from beginning to end!
